Your initial session usually lasts around 90 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to explore what is going on for you — physically, emotionally and mentally — as well as where you are in your wider life journey.
I believe it is really important to understand not only your current health concerns, but also what you would like to gain from your kinesiology sessions. Every session is tailored to you as an individual, supporting your body’s natural ability to rebalance and helping you move towards greater wellbeing, clarity and vitality.
During the practical part of the session, I will invite you to lie comfortably on a massage couch (although sessions can also be done sitting or standing if needed). Using gentle muscle testing, I apply light pressure to different muscles and ask you to resist. This is not a test of strength, but a way of listening to how the body and nervous system are responding.
Throughout the session we work together. I may ask questions, guide you through simple movements, and explain what I am finding and how the body is responding. I use a range of gentle kinesiology techniques to help restore balance and support the body emotionally, physically and energetically.
At the end of the session, we will take time to reflect on what has come up and discuss simple, supportive steps you can take at home to continue the process. This may include nutritional support, lifestyle suggestions, or remedies such as homeopathic or Bach flower remedies, which I can often dispense at no extra cost.
My aim is always for clients to leave feeling supported, empowered and more connected to their own wellbeing.
Follow-up sessions usually last around 60 minutes. The number of sessions needed, and how far apart they are (typically every 3–5 weeks), will depend on your individual needs and what you would like to achieve. Healing and wellbeing are ongoing journeys, and sessions are designed to support you at your own pace.
